Hi everyone, I hope that I am at the right forum to find out about the error message I keep getting. I continue to get an error message that reads "The application was not able to perform an operation." When I click on the details, it starts with: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at DDNi.CenterStage.Profile.a(UserBO A_0) at DDNi.CenterStage.Settings.b(String A_0) at DDNi.CenterStage.Settings.c(0) at DDNi.CenterStage.CenterStage.i0 at DDNi.CenterStage.MainWindow_Loaded(Object A_0 RoutedEventArgs A_1)..... there is a long list after this included on the same error message that is just the beginning. Anyways, I don't know what to do to fix this. I don't even know which application is trying to complete the operation. Can anyone please direct me to some kind of answers?

I was able to resolve the issue after finding out that it was not a Microsoft problem, it was Sony. I uninstalled the Vaio Messenger program, DDNi, from the Windows Control Panel, change or uninstall programs. Thanks again for your time.Melynie M Bernhard
